1) User agrees the URL(s) submitted is not a hate site and is not an adult site

2) Trafficwholesalers guarantees to deliver the number of visitors ordered in the contract period specified in your campaign (usually from 30 to 120 or more days depending on order size).

3) In the event the visitors are not delivered in the timeframe contracted, Trafficwholesalers will extend the campaign free of charge.

4) No refunds will be given other than for traffic that has not been delivered.

5) Trafficwholesalers agrees to deliver an equal number of banner impressions free with each campaign sold.
