1) User agrees the URL(s) submitted is not a hate site and is not pornographic

2) Trafficwholesalers guarantees to deliver the number of visitors ordered in the contract period specified in your campaign (usually from 30 to 120 or more days depending on order size).

3) In the event the visitors are not delivered in the timeframe contracted, Trafficwholesalers will extend the campaign

4) No refunds will be given other than for traffic that has not been delivered.
